Many PS's don't like to remove 'all' the breast tissue as concavities can result. In certain cases the PS has not removed enough tissue for the patients liking. Also the PS may not remove enough fatty tissue and the patient may not be satisfied with their new shape and therefore goes in for a revision.

  • Had expensive surgery... Now I'm flat busted!
Well, I personally haven't had a revision, but my PS has told me that due to some scarring that's pulling some dents in below my nipples, he wants to see me again in late January to evaluate me for a possible revision.  He says he can fold a little fat over from there to here and fix the problem if need be.  I've seen some people on here get revision surgery when I thought they looked great already.  I guess it's a relative thing depending on your expectations vs. reality.
