18 year old with lump

Hey, im new here and have been looking around the site and was just wondering what the treatment options are in the UK? I live in Manchester and im going to the doctors tomorrow morning to get checked out. is surgery the only option or can the doctor perscribe people with tomoxifen or armidex as i've read and heard that these may work. I have a lump under my right nipple which i believe is gland an a very small amount of fat that isnt that noticable
I woulnt describe myself as fat but im not skinny, if i lost weight, would the fat around my nipple stay and look more obvious or would that simply go away as well?
