hi, i have a mild case of gyne. I've had it for ages so i dont think its going away by itself. What gets me wondering is everyone talking about the glands. I cant really feel anything. Is it easier (surgury wise) it the gland is super small???

Don't get too hung up on terminology.  Sometimes you can actually feel (palpate) a fibrous disc or mass just behind the nipple, sometime not.  Breast enlargement could be due to enlargement of the glandular tissue or simply because of fatty deposits.  Most often it is actually both.

The fact is that some men have serious personal image issues especially concerning their breasts.  Regardless of what kind of tissue is involved, the emotional impact is the same.

If it is causing concern, see a Doctor.

Keep a good attitude.  Gynecomastia is an embarassment, but it is not the end of the world.
