I've read gyno is a hard tissue under the nipple mine isnt hard at all those that mean i may not have it?

Yes, I see it.  Not much body fat there but I'm guessing you've at least got some extra gland tissue going on.  It looks like the nips are stimulated, so I'll also guess that when they're warm and relaxed they appear more puffy.  I'm not saying you've got a severe case that could be seen from a block away, quite the contrary, but it's there.

low moderate case, definitely gyne, no it doesn't have to be dense, congrats on finding the site.
