Well I'm 15 and was wondering, do you think this is a bad case of Gyno ?

bad case > NO     The worst cases are with puffy nipples. Now gland causes puffy nipples when ur skinny, (which u are) It may just be fat. So hit the cardio. If u feel hard things under the areola kinda like what u would think a tumor would be like. it might be gland. which is un removeable without surgery

just curious, but if it wasn't hard tissue and just 'puffy' that you cannot burn off, how would they remove that without surgery? meds?

severe, no, but you can tell from the contours it's gyne, and i will guess it doesn't go away in the next few years, which means if you can't bring yourself to live with it, you'd be in for an op.  it's enough you could mostly hide it, but i wouldn't be happy either.
