I need help finding a doctor in the NJ/PA area in U.S.

Hello, I am looking for a doctor that does a very good job with gyno but also has a fair price. I have a budget around $4000 cash to spend. Is this possible.? Any info is appreciated.
I have an consult with Dr. Ganchi in two weeks but I want to be as educated as possible before I see him.
