In my opinion, I think plastic surgery is great if there is something about you that you don't like and can't change through exercise.  Like getting a nose job or getting your gyne excised.  I'll tell you what though, it's a hell of a lot cheaper to develop pecs by doing 50-100 push ups a day than chest implants.  I'd never get liposuction done anywhere else though, because I know I would eventually just pile the weight back on.  I gotta learn to eat a more balanced diet.
