For those that are happy (regardless if one or two or even three surgeries later), when you pinch the fat on your chest, is it just skin now?

My revision is in 3 weeks, and I want to stress to my dr. that all I want left behind is S K I N.

Just wondering if this is the case for most happy clients of any doctor...

I had a mastectomy.  It was the best option for me and it is a pretty drastic procedure.  With the procedure the surgeon excised all of the breast tissue.  There was no liposuction involved.  I'm about 20 lbs over weight.  Any fat I can pinch is a normal amount considered my body weight.  I look in proportion now, and I'm pretty happy about that.

I would imagine that you would want a small cushion of fat to even out the excision. I would be upset if I still felt gland after the procedure but I would be ok with a little chub.

exactly- if you take out everything, you'll probably have craters.
