hey about dr.fielding - so when you flew down for consultation.. how much longer did you have to wait for the operation to be completed?? how long did you have to stay in TO before you could head back to Van??

would appreciate some feedback.

Feilding's surgery wait time is 6-8 weeks.

You could probably return home anytime after surgery.

thanks! yeah, i am very eager on seeing dr.fielding. i am actually still on vacation, getting back to vancouver in september.. i'll call dr.fielding ASAP (upon returning).

DR. Brown's number is 604-273-6449.
I spoke with the receptionist and she claims that
MSP will cover excursion for teenage boys only.
The flat rate is $3270(inclusive) + $50 for the vest.

I am considering Dr.Brown let us know how it turns out.

hey. yeah, i think i'm going to go ahead with dr.brown too.. i get back to vancouver on the 2nd of sept, going to call her immediately, and get a consulation done ASAP.. just makes me feel more comfortable having the doctor in the same city, and i've read good reviews about dr.brown on this forum. so yeah..

Even $3000 is a tad high for me but so far the

ohkay guys..
how do i get to dr.fitzpatrick/dr.brown? do you know?
my vancouver geography is terrible (i've lived there for a year, and usually had my vancouver buddies take me places that i was unfamiliar with) but i really don't want to go up to my friend and ask him to come with me to a plastic surgeon because i want to have gyne taken care of..

you guys know the incredible complex involved with gyne, so i'm not going to go deep into the discomfort of telling people.. but yeah, i live on campus (in UBC) so.. any help would be greatly appreciated..

and yeah, fitzpatrick quoted $4600 to me (online) he was basically like "MSP don't cover it, and it'll cost you around $4600" i heard it was like cheaper with Fielding/Brown (even without MSP coverage) something like $3300-3600
