Doctor recomendation

I'm not getting surgery anywhere in the immediate future. I'm not even sure it's an option for me at this point. But If and when I do, what doctor would you recomend for best results, regardless of cost. Also, I'm scheduling my endo appointment on Tuesday. How long do I wait before I get lab results usually?
