you need to eat more. eating more healthy meals throughout the day will increase your metabolism and you should lose weight faster. just taking these pills and basically trying to starve yourself doesn't sound healthy or particularly effective.

Hi , I think in principle the whole postings here are a bit off the mark ,the initial idea of starving your body of food in the morning is wrong ,you need the food to kick start your metabolism . losing the weight gradually is a lot healthier and over the long term you are less likely to fail and see the weight return , I have tried diets like the "cabbage soup diet" yes it does work ,but the weight soon returned when returning to eating normally (but not so sensible ).
I did try weight loss drugs like Epherdrine which did have results but made me feel lightheaded and seemed to have the effect of racing my heart and also effecting my sleep.
whats really needed is a lifestyle change ,I have finally found this out of after nearly 15 years of yoyoing weight , but this time I plan to beat the issue of losing my weight and then having the surgery ,Ive waited 15 years so another year wont make the difference to me.

Phentermine does not cause heart problems. Fen-phen was a combination of Fenfluramine and Phentermine.  Fenfluramine caused heart problems and was removed from the market.  Phentermine is safe and is still on the market.  Consult your doctor about if Phentermine would work for you.  It is very effective.  Proper diet and exercise must be done.  If you do not change your eating habits and increase exercise then you will gain it all back.
