I'm new here. I was just wondering... I don't think I have gynecomastia but my nipple is kind of squishy. It really bothers me. And I can't wear a white T-shirt without seeing my nipples, and if I wear one T-shirt it looks kinda puffy, or if it gets cold, it freezes and you can see where my nipples are. I want it to be more flat and I want to wear a white t-shirt without having to worry about seeing it. All of my friends can and I'm kind of jealous. Anybody know how I can fix it, and not make it look worse?
