1 Day before Pre-Op

I've had what I thought was a flabby chest and big nipples since I hit my teenager years and only in the last two years found out that I have gynecomastia.  The size of my chest doesn't bother me too much or the fact that its a little bit fatty, for me, my nipples have always been my problem.  I hate seeing them through shirts and having to pinch my nipples every couple of minutes when I'm shirtless.  I found this site a few months ago and it has given me so much confidence and I even found a doctor that I will be having surgery with in two weeks.  Tomorrow is my pre-op and I wanted to take a few before pictures.  Does anyone have any advice for me?  Any questions I should ask?  Here are the pix:

Thanks for the input.  I am getting excision and lipo.  I just wanted to know someone else's perspective.  I of course hate it and my parents say they can't see anything.

You have a good chest shape and I think you will look great with removing the obvious gland under your nipple coupled with some lipo. Do your homework with the surgeon, remember you get what you pay for so don't necessarily settle for the cheapest option.
