Hi everyone. I have been lurking the site for a while and decided to join and post up.

My question is that is a "droopy" chest a sign of gynecomastia? I don't have any puffiness and my chest is still relatively broad (I am an avid weight lifter) but it just seems to sag.  :( My bodfat % is a little higher then I would like it to be, but I'm not going to try to dodge the bullet and avoid accepting gynecomastia if I do in fact have it.

I think I do mainly because my chest looks 300x better when my nipples are hard and that seems to be a dead give away of having gynecomastia. I guess, like others, I'm hoping deep down inside that males do have a tendency to store fat in the chest area and that when I get my diet in check I will see a reduction in that region as well.

I just can't see where I went wrong. I was always a skinny teenager with more of a sunken in chest. I later developed it to be one of my best body parts, and for some reason now it seems to look like crap (granted my diet the last couple of years has been bad). I did mess around with some prohormones (mostly 19norandro) quite a few years ago which could have been the culprit but I just don't know. Bah sorry for the vent.

  • Gyne free, is the way to be!
When you used prohormones, did you use an anti estrogen while on the PH and a few weeks after??
If you didn't you prolly have gynecomastia.

Post some pictures of your chest. Make sure ypu include side pictures.

Look at my pics in my signature of what my chest use to look like. Does yours look simular?

Thanks for the response Vaio. And no man I did not use any "PCT" after my prohormones. I took them right around the time they debut. There was no M1T or 1AD stuff, and supposedly side effects were not common (although I wish I knew then what I know now). Here are some pics.  :(

Thanks for the response John. Pictures sure don't lie, they make everything look awful though!! But enough of this denial stuff.

The thing that sucks the most is that I lose all motivation to even workout when I think about having gynecomastia. Lifting and nutrition have been such an important part of my life for a long time, but now it is like why even bother if I will continue to look like crap despite hard work. There are so many benefits to sound training and nutrition aside from the aesthetics, but just like anything else a visible return on investment sure is nice.  :'(
