Houston, TX or Richmond, VA

Hi, i have been browsing this forum for a while now.   I'm 33 and i would like to take care of my problem.  I live in Houston, TX, and have seen some posts about Dr. Weiner in Clearlake, TX.  I would like to get some feedback from people that have had surgery with Dr. Weiner.  At the same time i would like some illumination on what questions to ask when you go to your first consultation.  What should i ask before considering getting surgery done with any doctor.

I have read about Dr. Bermant in Richmond, VA as well, and visited his site.  I would like to know if he would be a better choice.  I wouldn't mind flying to VA, but if there is a local doctor that can do the same job, I would like to get surgery here.  I only have a lump under my left nipple which makes it look puffy.  I can kind of hide it, but taking my shirt off in public is a no no.  Help.
