Just got my surgery this saturday!!!

ok so iv had this problem since i can remember... i am 20 5'9 and have always had problems taking my shirt off. even @ points were i was slim i had quite bad gyno problem. i finally got the surgery and feel really excited about. it. few concerns tho, i am on day three of post op and removed the vest to shower. i feel like the nipples are way too low. did anybody have the same problem. my sister said i am just not used to the changes. she also said that once the swelling goes down it will look even more normal. and one more question. is there a huge difference after week one of swelling. i am just a bit paranoid. thanks everybody!!!
