please could you tell me what to do about this problem i was in spain a few months ago with a friend and he was with his top off but i could not i was so ashamed it really ruined my holiday i did not take my top off once  i will do ANYTHING but not surgery i am 17 years old coming up to my 18th birthday 5"10 in height and size 32" waist please any advice would be greatful

i do a few push ups and i play rugby i have recently taken an interest in body building i was woundering if i get toned up will this issue go away and become "normal" by the way does if you dont opt for surgery mean thanks

is there some sort of cream i can put on i was also thinking about nipple pierced would that work please help meee i know there are people worse off than me but i have been bullied and pushed around for so many years  because of them its time to get this sorted out
