hey im 18 and im in good shape ive had gynecomastia since i was 15.5ish and im just wondering if it could still go away on its own or if im f'ed. right now im in europe for 6 months and it is really ruining my trip, and surgery is not an option while im here.

Yea sorry dude I kept wishing for that day to come when i would wake up and it was gone, got to 24 never came so I forced the issue with it... Thinking back I wish I had saved up at your age and got it done.

well im kinda a late bloomer, i dont need to shave for like a week and a half and even then its just moustache and sideburns,but if its "perminent" are there ways to minimise it.

I conducted a poll a while back about 'Late Bloomers'. I asked how many members were late bloomers. Most of the respondents were in fact, late bloomers. I was a late bloomer. Annnddd, the majority of Gynecomastia sufferers are 6'+. Interesting huh?

The only way to 'minimize' it is to drop body fat.

im already skinny 160ish, but yeah im 5'11/6 foot
