If i have no pain after the surgery , that's obviously good.
but is it bad if i masterbate and move my arms (like over my head sometime) around like i would normally? but im not carrying anything heavy... ?
cuz i have been doing that recently and someone told me even if it doesnt hurt i have to be careful and stuff.
but i think im ok right? ??? :-X

Yeah, sure, move your arms around dude... but just take it slow and easy at first. If there is any discomfort, reduce your range of motion...  Just common sense really...  ;)

When you had your surgery did you have some weight loss due to gland and fat remove from the "boobs"?
I know it depends size of gyne, but is there even any change in weight after surgery, even only in gland remove?

naw , i never noticed any weight loss
probably bcuz i didnt have a serious case.
even the nurse before surgery said .. why are you getting this done ?
i cant believe she said that cuz it made me almost cancell my surgery ... she;s like ur case is more cosmetic and it shouldnt be covered under OHIP

im like u have no idea how this fucking effects me lady! omg !  >:(
