possible gyno?

I'm probably gonna get some stick for this but here goes..

I completed a short cycle of steroids ( stanozolol) which doesnt aromatise to estrogen. So in theory one shouldnt have any gyno related problems. The problem is after my cycle I noticed my right nipple was sore and now there is a small lump under it.  I have taken tamoxifen citrate (nolvadex) to stop this and while it doesnt appear to be getting any bigger its still a little bit sore when i rub it.

What are my options?

well what you describe sounds exactly like gyno. Did you take  a pct after your cycle? and as far as options go, i would probably say surgery and thats it. but just to be sure i would recommend seeing a doctor about it first, preferably an endocrinologist

Your most important option would be to see a doctor and stop playing with your reproductive physiology without competent medical supervision.

Then, of course, there undoubtedly some people who think that my view is a bit narrow minded.
