lump in chest growing

im fairly confident that a lump in my right chest is growing. theres a somewhat tender round lump under my right nipple.  does this sound cancerous? how urgent is this.

also i was wondering, my chest is fairly muscular which seems to hide the lump when relaxed, but when i flex, my right chest muscle is C shaped, vs my left is more [ shaped

Hard to say.  But to me, if it raises enough concern to make you post here, it should raise enough concern to ask a doctor.  A physical exam by a trained professional will do you way more good - to put your mind at ease  or get treatment if something is wrong -  than the words from a bunch of us jokers on the internet trying to determine the difference between "C" and "["
