Just some pics of me, should I concentrate lypo and weight loss? Or just bite the bullet and do surgery?

you need glandular excision probably combined with lipo to give an even effect, i doubt losing weight would improve the look much, there is clearly gland there.  it is possible that they will reduce a little more if you aren't through growing but unlikely to disappear altogether. its a personal preference if u want to get surgery its about how u feel about them. i personally am getting surgery with a case not quite as bad as yours, i don't consider my case as needing surgery (it doesn't stop me from taking off my shirt at the beach etc) however i feel aware of them and feel it would be worth the $ and recovery time.
