Im 3 days post op and I have taken off my vest is this ok?

I still feel sore and everything but I feel better without the vest on and plus I need to clean it because its sweaty and stinking, Is this a  safe idea to have my vest off so early?

You can wash it, but put it back on as soon as you can.
I would advise wearing an old t-shirt under your vest from now on. That keeps the vest a lot cleaner.
Almost every resource I've seen says to wear the compression garments for 4-6 weeks (at least).

I took mine off after 3 days and put on a compression vest ...

Levick told me to keep mine on for 10 days so literally 2 weeks ... but it was itching so much and smelt of all these weird antiseptic creams and wotnot!! LOL

It's fine as long as you put on a compression vest.

EXPECT to be shocked though ... and remember healing is a long process so everyday is another day for your chest to look better in appearance.
