It seems that you only got lipo although I can see a little gland still there.

Definitely much better, but the post-op pics suck.

I rate the pain during surgery as a 0  because you are asleep but the post op healing pain is about  a  7  its not that bad just a lot of nagging pain when you  try to lift your arms up

Is it gland you see, or just a bit of post-op hematoma?  Such a collection of fluid can also keep your chest from being completely flat, but the good news is that it will resolve in time and your results would only improve.  If your surgeon sent your tissue for pathology (which they should have), then the report will say if there was gland tissue present in the sample, and thus whether it was  removed or not.  But if he said he would remove gland, I don't know why he would say he would and then wouldn't... ?

Here is the ps I went to

http://www.smartbreastreduction.com/drmetzner.html

I have a meeting with him this monday  I will ask him How much gland did he remove if any  and I will also ask him about hemotoma I dont know what a hemotoma is

I do not see evidence of glandular excision in your pics. In fact all I see is light lipo.

looks like I got screwed over

I would expect that you would have incisions under your nipples if gland was removed.  I don't see incisions in your post op pics.  Are they there?

He told me he removes the gland through the armpit those are where my scars are

Who was your doctor?  And do you have better post-op pics?

You see no areolar incision b/c Dr. Metzner does all work through the armpit.  I would agree that the resulting enlargement in the pics is post-op swelling that will reduce in a few weeks.  Here's a link to another guy that had Dr. Metzner do his surgery.  http://new.photos.yahoo.com/doihavegyno4/albums      and    http://new.photos.yahoo.com/doihavegyno44/albums

Bayoufrog has a point, I've heard that about Metzner (and jacobs as well works thru the armpit), though it seems to me this method would be less accurate than direct excision.

Swelling should be pretty much gone in a week or two & you will have a better idea of the final result. I'm guessing it will be fine.

Its strange because my left side of my chest looks flatter than my right side im guessing its because I have more internal swelling on the right side
