Erect Nipples After Surgery?

It has been 9 days since my surgery. When I take off my vest to shower and shave, my nipples stay erect and don't really go down. I had both lypo and excision. Has anyone else experienced this?

hmm ive noticed increased sensitivity since surgery, not that i consider it to be a problem.

Mine did that at about the 2 week mark. Went back down again after.

I'm almost 3 weeks post-op and have this on the left side only. The underlying tissues just take a long time to heal back to normal

yer sensitivity is back to normal now
