Hope these give an idea of what my surgery has worked out like to the 4 week stage I have more if anyone is interested.

I just took a look at your photos and your results look really good after 4 weeks, although I believe it is about 8 weeks now since the op. My surgery is booked with Dr. Benito for February and I can't wait, he seems to be very consistent with his results which is good. How long do you reckon until you can hit the gym again after surgery?

Not much bruising in your pics Paulsw.

 Dr Benito advises you to start something gentle like swimming after a couple of weeks. After the op the tissue is quite hard and mobility is quite restricted til it softens up. You can help that with massage too.

Dr Benito did tell me one week to return to the gym!

But to be honest I waited 4 weeks, just because I didn't feel up to it.

Still have some bruising on left side now which hurts if touched too hard but it hasn't stopped me doing anything.

paul, results look great. I am new to this site and jsut trying to get ideas of decent surgeons and prices. What was the total cost including flights etc if you dont mind me asking mate.
