How much scaring occures after the surgery?

will anyone be able to notice?

The scars showing that i Had surgery would almost emberassing or even more than the gynecomastia itself to me

yep id say scars would be noticeable (within a meter) for at least 7 weeks or so possibly longer depending on how you scar in general, everyone is different and every scar can heal differently with time the scar should become not noticeable at all, it is important to remember that people will generally not stare at your nipples anyway!
