varicocele and gynecomastia

I may have stumbled onto another reason why I have gynecomastia. ghe doctor found a varicocele on the left side. My nuts are killing me. they really hurt.

I am on a miSsion to have my varicocele taken care of with hopes that my t levels will increase. there has to be a reason my testosterone is only 229 at 8am. My pituitary is OK. Labs indicate testicular failure. Its gotta be the varicocele. thats all we can find.

I have some varicocele on the left side too (which is the most commom) and I have some gynecomastia but a lot of lipomastia (as the test results have showed). My blood tests were OK. All hormones (testosterone and several others typical for women bu men also have), but my doctores have never told me about the connection between varicocele and gyne
