I had a gynecomastia surgery performed several years ago. I basically had a mass under each of the nipples. I had them removed, but the nipples are puffy still and a bit over-sized. They look great when they're constricted (ie when the temp is cold or just out of a frigid lake). I'm still insecure about taking off my shirt, even though I have a really muscular physique. I'm fed up living this way. I'm looking to see if anything else can be done. I live in the Los Angeles area and am wondering if anybody can recommend an expert. Your reply is greatly appreciated.

Like I said, I look great when the nipples ares constricted/tight/hard. So if anyone knows how to keep them in that state permanently, that would be ideal.
