need suggestion...
i am 35 days post op today. i have put on weight bcoz i was advised to take complete rest after surgery and not to do things which can stressed out the operated portion. So can i now go for jogging and running?

Yeah that many days I think it's completely fine. 

I'm 4 weeks today and will start going to the gym to lift weights starting Friday.
