question about surgery

Whats my first step? I know to find a doctor and then what happens after that? He checks out my moobs and then sets a date?? I don't feel I need to go to an endo because I have had this since I was about 11. Thanks

basicly do your reasearch, find a good surgeon.
distance while important as check ups might need to be made, shouldnt be an overriding factor as extra travel costs are minimal to the overall cost of the operation.

once you found a doctor/doctors your happy with arrange a consulation. they will talk you through your case, and tell you about the op.

when you find a doctor you feel happy with, its pretty much just set a date and then turn up.
(ofcourse you will be told not to take certain foods and vitims to prevent extra bleeding but apart from that its pretty much just turn up, get cut open, have a nce sleep, then go home lol)
