Painful nipples

Hi everyone...new member..
                Here's my story. I have noticed both breasts getting slightly larger the last couple of months. The last two weeks I have painful nipples which are so sensitive. The pain is deep. I am on new blood pressure meds the last few months. My internist is away for a few weeks. I have an appointment  when he gets back. Any suggestions as to what is causing my symptoms and what I should have done? Thanks guys.
