Hey, I have my op booked for June 1. I heard that you can't really do any heavy lifting until a few weeks after the op, but that doesn't really involve impact to your body.
I take judo/jiu-jitsu and that involves a fair amount of tossing each other around and grappling with each other, with lots of impact to the chest, back, legs, arms, head, you get the picture.
how soon do you guys think is the pain bearable enough to start this... month? 2 months? I don't want to stop training, longer than I have to... it is very important to me.
