Am I in the early stages of gynecomastia?

I'm 25 years old and have taken finasteride (proscar) since September last year for male pattern baldness, but now I'm getting worried that maybe I'm starting to get gyno as a side effect. Am I just paranoid? If it's of any relevance, I'm slightly underweight (BMI somewhere between 18,5 and 19)

Your first two pics do show some 'puffy nipples', the last two pics don't show much. If you didn't have puffy nipples before, then it is definitely something that might be starting up. I would consult your doctor for sure regarding that proscar and get off of it until you find out.
