has my gyne came back?

I had my gyne removed from my right breast but i have a lump under the nipple again and i am not sure wheather it is the gynecomastia coming back or wheather it is scar tissue??? :S i am really stressing out over this so any comments would be greatly appreciated! thanks.

The surgery is fresh made. At first your nipples will be puffy but by the time (aproximately 6 weeks) everything will be OK. That is my opinion. Good luck my friend

I still have scar tissue under my nipples and I am 5 months post op. It sort of makes the nipple look slightly puffy but I think the scar tissue will break up in time.
