Has my gynecomastia came back??? please help!!

I had my gyne removed from my right breast but i have a lump under the nipple again and i am not sure wheather it is the gynecomastia coming back or wheather it is scar tissue??? :S i am really stressing out over this so any comments would be greatly appreciated! thanks.

if you give a bit more details on surgery dates and what you are feeling on your chest and some pics i could help out with some opinions as i am going through the same thing right now.

I am also having the same thing happen right now.  I am about 5 months post op.  My left nipple is perfect but my right has what I believe to be scar tissue under it again.  I am kind of pissed.

hi tricat13 you seem to be in the same situation as me as i have only had gland removed from my right nipple. there seems to be scar tissue underneath an there is like an indentation in the right pec. do you have any pics?
