Almost a year later, nipple looks odd

Hey,

Last summer I had gynocomastia on one side removed. Now the nipple on that side looks very concave. Is there anything to do about it?

Sounds like too much gland was taken out.  Nothing you can do about it...except possibly some sort of revision surgery.
