girls beer and NY bars and Clubs and then working on Trading floor (NY) = stress, married kids etc. Last year I realized I should of never of stopped. I started working out at about 12 or 13! I would of had 24 years of lifting under my belt right now would of been nice. Currently lifting running boxing and Brazilian jiu jitsu . Better late than never

Yeah, I hear ya on the 'Girls/Beer' thing...   :P

It takes much discipline to keep a physique as you had at 16. Many things can distract you huh... But, like you mentioned, better late than never, to get back into it...  ;)

yeah get back into bodybuilding man, i was always really skinny up till about 20, i have gyno in 1 side since 15/16, then 2 years ago i found my best hobbie, bodybuilding.

i have put 2 a half stone on in 2 years jst throught eating healthy, training hard and plenty of protein shakes and food.

but my gyno has become more noticable cos of muscle mass, having surgery 12 may, cant wait.

get back into bb man, you could easily look as good as u did at 16, MUSCLE MEMORY - fantastic

I actually find lifting very boring I would rather run 5 miles, I find cardio more exciting! you actually get to test your will and how much heart you have. when lifting you can only push yourself so far. for example if you can bench barely bench 315 lbs one time no matter how hard you push yourself you just dont have the strength to do that second rep. If you run 5 miles if you push yourself and have heart you can squeek out that extra mile and feel great after, knowing you didnt give up! sometimes when running you can get lazy and feel like just quiting but then you can push yourself with your mind.
I must say lifting on the juice is a whole different story, getting stronger and bigger every workout is a rush!

4 weeks now still have some scar tissue and light swelling , back in the gym full swing

What kind of juice were you on. Just woundering ive used anabolic compounds and whey protein, nitric oxide, creatine , bcaa, extra taurine and I eat like nothing else I barely put on any wheight I havent done a set over 8 reps in 6 months any tips on gaining mass

Hi Hellboy,

Your result look awesome, congrats. After you first had surgery and you weren't happy with the results do you have any pics of after you lost the weight but before you had the revision? I am wondering because I'd like to see what effect the weight loss had on your moobs.

I cannot currently have surgery due to hormone imbalance but wanted to see what sort of improvements are doable from weight loss alone.
