I can't do push ups at all due to a screw in my left wrist. Does this take pressure off of your wrist? If it does I might have to consider getting these.

I dont think it takes all the pressure away, the thing moves in a different direction a more natural one when you come down and then moves back to a natural position when you come up. YEs its much more comfortable and easier to do push ups with but I still wouldnt risk it, in a case like yours.

My friend used the Perfect Pushup and I must admit he got really muscular with it.

What's wrong with old fashioned pushups?  They seem to work pretty well for me.
If the worst health issue you face is only an aesthetic one - remember it is just that. You can fix it with surgery, or hide it, or deal with it. The bottom line - we are all battling something that shouldn't stop us from missing out on life and living how we want to. Everyone should be so lucky!

Old fashioned pushups or the perfect pushups?

Is there really that big of a difference between the two?

good point, makes you wonder if two guys worked out an hour a day at each, would the countours be all that different?  it's kind of like the fact an expensive gym setup won't do much if you never work out on it.

speaking of which, maybe i better get my own a$$ out of the chair too  ;)
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?
