i have puffy nipples, i know that, but recently, i've noticed these little bumps on my nipples (called montgomery glands) producing little white blobs when i squeeze them. What do i do im worried someone please help.

Yeah, that happens to me too on ocassions when i squeeze so hard...Its a common occurance thankfully, but sadly. :/

I just want to know what exactly is this fluid, if its milk...Lord help me.

Is this oily substance anyway related to the gland?

i really dont think it is produced by the gland, wikipedia says its to 'lubricate and protect the nipple'

I think you both are misunderstanding each other. I get the impression that King_V thinks you camden means the mammary glands, not the sub(whatever) glands.

sounds like something more mundane, even zits (sorry) do that.  or lymph or something, idk, but probably not a reason to panic.
