Dude, its impressing how you went so far exercising and reducing lots of weight.


You dont have puffy nipples, which I think means that you dont have any glandular tissue, but just fat.

Fat in chest wont come out so fast, if one just does cardio. But since you have muscles, the fat in your chest should gradually come off if you follow the proper diet.

How about swimming, breast stroke, and try doing it fast. Its a good resistance and cardio training exercise.....

Your chest will shrink in volume, but my guess is that you're bound to have loose skin in yer chest.  Keep eating right, exercising and re-evaluate when you're at 200.
