I realize that my condition is not severe compared to others on here, but what would you rate my gyno?  Do you think its bad and will it go away, since i'm still 15??  Here are some pics...

Well, you definitely have a minor case and being that you've had it for 3 years, I'd venture to say that it's there to stay unless you get it removed.
