Does anyone have links to facts that state the gynecomastia most likely wont go away with puberty?

You are asking for facts.

What you will be more likely to get here is opinion, rather than fact.

Gynecomastia related to early puberty often does resolve without outside action. There are many variables involved and the fact that we are here is proof that the condition often does not resolve.
