it's tru. dont worry bout massage.just try and keep moving your arms (raise above the head etc) for a few mins a day, to try to free the nipple from muscle. that was the advice i was given about a month after op. but as doc pope said, do listen to yor surgeon, as they're dealing with yor INDIVIDUAL situation, and there may b a particular reason they told YOU not to massage.
