Infection!!!!!!!!!!
What are the chances of getting an infection during a gyne operation?! ???

Gynecomastia surgery is a very clean operation -- ie it is not performed in a contaminated area.  Infections are extraordinarily rare.

I agree with Grandpa Dan and Dr. Jacobs...  Most operating theaters in North America today are very clean. Not much chance of infection. However, you must do your part post-op also! Keep the site clean and covered...  ;)
