Definate gyne. Know how tough its for you but dont worry you have come to the right place

Personally I would advise that you go and see your GP and request a hormone screen. As you may know gyne is caused by hormonal imbalances, finding out if these need correcting should be your first priority.

Once that is sorted the only way to resolve the gyne is through surgery. This can be done on the NHS (although I've heard they may be stopping that type of op) and many people have said it is effective, yet many talk of botched jobs.

The general consencus on these boards and my own opinion is that it is better to go private with a surgeon who is experienced in gyne removal, if you can afford it. Often NHS surgeons have little experience of what is a specialist procedure.

But get the hormones checked first.

Any questions just ask

Its deffo gyne....not a shadow of doubt there.  Thats the bad news...the good news is that it is totally reversible with some surgery....

I actually wish Id never gone to my GP, he knew nothing about gyne, and it was pointless..now its on my medical notes for life, and he did nothing to help me, I ended up getting private surgery, without any need for nhs intervention.....just my opinion though...
