NEEP HELP, What are my options?

My left side is flat but my right side is puffy due to the scar tissue

im 3 months post op, will massaging still help at this point. Ive seen little diifrence in 2 months of massaging.


How can i get this to go away? I got surgery over seas and just want my left side to be flat like the right,  i causded the scar tissue because i was touching / feeling for gland right after surgery and cause more swelling which led to the scar tissue

what can be done to get rid of this ?
