How to tell if I have a Hematoma?

I just had a revision that is only excision, and no lipo. Its been 3 days and I've notice bruising, about 1 inch in diameter on left side.
THe doctor did remove more gland on my left side, as its more swollen than my right.
Im scared its a Hematoma, how do I know if it is one?

my revision doesn't seem like its going so well, the results so far seem temporary; exactly like my first surgery. My chest is still pointy, and my nipples are still erecting outwards. Don't know when I'll be Gyne-free. I wish the doctor would do some lipo as well.

Anyways, Im thinking about seeing the doctor, but its so far to travel there and I would have to book off time from work.

the bruising is a little more apparant in my chest than the one in this photo.
