Are Nipples Always Puffy??

I definitely have Gyne. but my nipples are not puffy most of the time??
Is this "normal"??
How about you guys: Are yours puffy all the time??

Unless I was in an ice bath, my nips were always puffy.

By the age of 14, My breasts were larger than my 12 year old sister and my mother threatened to buy me a bra.  Never had puffy nipples.  Sis wore an A cup at that time.  Mom never actually got me a bra, but for years I feared she might.  I was about 5'8" and 130lb at that time.

I was having some developmental problems at the time which the Doctor called "Delayed Puberty" and Gynecomastia runs in my family.

Damn, that was a long time ago.  I'm a great-grandpa now.
