How late of an age is it possible for gyne to go away? I know in a lot of cases it does not ever, and most here would recommend to "do the surgery" now and not wait hopelessly... But straight up, what is a reasonable cut-off age where a good number of people have it go away? For example, if you tell me "18," I would interpret that to mean that 18 is the last age group where a good number of people have it go away... Doesn't mean it can't happen at 19, 20, 28, 42, etc... But just that if it has not gone away by 18, there's a VERY good chance it's staying.

So that's that age, at which I should maybe give it just one more year or so?

i think it should go away slowly.. if you notice over the years its getting smaller then 21 is the last year  where it stops to shrink.  I got this stuff from a body bulding site on the forums where this guy was 20 and he said most of it is gone..
